last post of 2012!

wow guys i can't believe today is the last day of 2012! 2012 for me was a very exciting year and overall was a learning experience i will never forget.. it was the year of new beginnings, with yet.. some closures.

i am very VERY blessed and grateful to have such wonderful people around me, and words cannot express how lucky i am. i feel like every year things are getting better and i can't wait for my future! i'm so excited! :)

merry christmas to all! hope you guys are enjoying the last day of 2012. i cannot believe the year is almost over already! too many things happened this year and boy, it was quite the journey!

so baby james has been sick and had a fever of 101 since yesterday.. i'm kinda confused because i think he's okay? he's been teething lately so i think it's because of that, but if he still has the fever tmrw, we're going to call our pediatrician. what helped though was barley tea. it's a Korean tea that we drink in the house and apparently it helps! he's been also taking some baby tylonel.. i wish i can be sick instead of him, but i guess this is all a part of growing up!

james got so many presents this year i actually wish i waited to open it all at once but i had no patience for that haha~ but we want to thank everyone for the wonderful gifts! merry christmas once again!

time!

i wish i had more time to write on this blog.. i've been so busy lately and when i do have some free time, i'm always doing something else. christmas is right around the corner, but it doesn't really feel like christmas..

these days there are so many things on my mind.

1. james has been literally melting my heart lately. i think it's because he seems more.. "human like". seriously cuteness overload. just can't get enough of that dude!
2. i can't believe that it's his birthday soon.. my mind has been *@()*$)@(# trying to put this thing together, and we finally got everything out of the way... now we're just counting down to the actual date!
3. i don't understand why so people are so grimey.
4. also don't understand why people have no common sense.
5. i have the best husband ever.


i'd like to go into details.. BUT! i have a project that i'm working on and i must get to it~ probably will write another blog tomorrow or the day after.

wow.. 11 months

happy 11 months to my little baby! (12/6/12) this is it! next month he will be ONE YEAR OLD!! oh my goodness how time flies..

these days he's been interacting with us a lot more. he seems like he's communicating by babbling and when we respond, it seems like he listens, and then babbles on some more~ it's the cutest thing ever. he hasn't said "mama" yet, but he does say "dada" and some other words. he's also been trying to walk.. when we go "bak-soo~" which means "clap" in korean, he claps.. and when we go "ba ba ba?" he goes.. "ba ba ba ba ba" lol~ he has one tooth coming out from the top and now has a total of three teeth.

with only a month left i'm finally putting everything together for james' first birthday. the invitations came, and i've ordered the thank you gifts from korea.. but i still feel like there's so much to do! with christmas just around the corner... i must hit up the mall >:)


also - happy belated birthday to the greatest dad on earth. i know we both drive each other insane at time but you will always have a special place in my heart. you've taught me so much as a father, and i'm so proud to be your daughter. i love you always & forever. <3

it was my husband's birthday on the 25th, but we were in atlantic city and everything was so hectic after we came back that i had no time to write on my blog! well.. better late than never!

happy birthday to the love of my life! :) this is your first birthday as a dad! i'm so glad that i get to spend this wonderful day with you and i hope you enjoyed your day~ this is only the first of many years to come! i'm so thankful to have you by my side, and thank you for being so supportive. love you til our hair turns grey! <3

happy late thanksgiving!

happy late thanksgiving everyone! there are so many things i'm thankful for this year... esp. with our new addition to our family.. i'm more than thankful and grateful for all the blessings in my life.

these days i've been in more of a humble state of mind. there are so many people out there that are less fortunate than us and i feel like we shouldn't be taking what we have for granted. being a christian it's hard to live the way that God wants us to because we're so blinded by our surroundings.. but these days i'm trying to change that to better myself and for our family.

anyways- it's almost december! time to get ready for christmas! but before thattttttttt.. it's my husband's birthday tomorrow! i'm super excited to celebrate it with him. i don't wanna get too mushy on this post because i'm going to write another one for his birthday :)

time for me to sleep now.. i need to pack for our mini getaway tomorrow!

the big 1-0!

i know that today is election day, but today is also the day that james becomes 10 months old! ahhhhhh.. haha i'm so sad! this month he's been learning how to talk or babble should i say? more.. he's learned how to climb up the stairs (i know.. so dangerous but he loves it!), and his room got a make over! he also came with us to vote for our future president. how exciting! we took a spontaneous family trip up to CT, went to spa castle with auntie pattie and uncle hank, survived hurricane sandy and now has two bottom teeth popping out.

i'm slowly starting to get ready for his 1st birthday.. there's a lot i want to do, but everything is so expensive! oh well.. i guess i'll have to budget well~
