2 more days

.. the longest week of my life =(

everyone's asking if i have been feeling anything "strange" lately, and i haven't!!!!!!! blahhhhhhh. the baby hasn't dropped yet and i'm not even dilated. =(

i guess we'll just have have to wait patiently............

we stopped by to see our nephews in the beginning of december to drop off their gifts! :)

my christmas story!

merry christmas to all! i wasn't really expecting anything for christmas... but i got something from my santa!! <3

there was this wallet that i've been wanting for the LONGEST time... (about a year) but i couldn't find it anywhere. :( then i recently found a store that did sell it and i told my hubby about it.. called him to see if i should get the black/black one, or the navy/gold one, and he told me to hold off on it.. and i said okay and told the lady that i'd be back in a couple of days to purchase it. so we went back yesterday to look at it, and the lady told me it was sold out!!!!!!!! :( BUMMER. i was so upset!!! hubby asked if i wanted the black/black one, but i was set on getting the navy one... so i told him no. i guess i'd have to wait! i mean.. i did wait about a year so.. i guess a couple of days wouldn't hurt (she told us to call back on monday). so the whole entire day i'm just thinking to myself.. maybe the wallet and i aren't meant to be. :( eh... 

then...

i woke up to a BOX on top of my head!! we had planned to go to church in the morning, and as i was reaching for a phone there was this BOX!! and i was so confused.. i thought it was from my parents or something because i went to sleep wayyyyy after my husband! so i wake dennis up telling him that there's a box and he tells me to open it~~ so sneakky.. he was asking if my parents usually do stuff like this. so i look at the top and there was a card..

this is what i really wanted for christmas.. my long overdue birthday card. :) this card actually  makes me happier than the christmas gift...

honestly i wasn't upset! a rice cooker! haha~~~ there was the rice spoon/scooper on top of it too. also there was a huge rock inside to make it seem like as if there really was a rice cooker inside!! BUTTTTTTTTTTTTTT...

there was ANOTHER box.. with pretty wrapping inside... and i was like "nooo way... wtf?"

opened to see that it was the wallet that i've been wanting for SO LONGGGGGG!! <3

soo funny because last night i was talking so much shit about 산타할아버지 about how mean he is for stealing my wallet even though i was in the "nice" list this year. puahaha~~

worst experience

so today i went in for my weekly gyno appt... my doctor was in surgery, so i had to see another doctor. they put me in the nst room where they monitor for contractions and the baby's heartbeat.. and when we finally talked to the doctor, this is what he said. "i want to send you to the hospital to monitor you more closely because there was a drop in the baby's heart rate and i don't want you to come back after the holidays with a DEAD BABY."


........ seriously? okay so.. he also said something like.. if the heartbeat kept drastically changing then i'd have to deliver the baby today, and if it didn't then i'd get sent back home. mind you, i haven't had anything to eat since 1pm.. maybe some mini snickers here and there but.. yeah. i was STARVING.. so i asked him if i can eat something before i go to the hospital and he said no. so...... yeah didn't eat anything for about 12 hours... i was hungry as shit. (it was worth it because hubby bought me ham ji bach afterwards. it was 1240am when we got there but we beasted like hungry hungry hippos!)

but thank God for my husband who waited it out with me. he was so supportive and was taking care of me while we were getting monitored in the labor & delivery room. we were really hoping to see baby James today, but i guess we'll see him when the timing is right. :) as for that doctor.. he's gonna hear it tomorrow! >:(

in the single digit zone..

i JUST realized that i'm due in 9 days!! single digits!! YEA!!!!... or not? haha i don't know.. i'm still feeling kinda scared! EEK!

today, we finally went to lamaze class, and it helped us understand lots of things. i def. recommend anyone who is preggers to take the lamaze class. it makes you feel at ease.. and it really does make you understand what is going on with your body, and what will happen in the near future.

okay i have a feeling i'm just going to start rambling.. so here i go!

this weekend was very productive for me.. or at least i felt like it. haha~
i met my cousin & bf last night for dinner and i felt like i was alive again since i haven't really been seeing anyone. and thennn we met our other cousins tonight.. well i guess last night? err.. anyways yea. it was very family oriented. we also played this new game called "seven wonders". it was confusing at first, but i won the second game! yay! i also got into the finals in my fantasy league. it's funny because i started off like 2-7, but somehow i won out all the games thanks to the ridiculous trades i did (they call me a trade rapist) and now i'm in the finals.. most likely with my husband. LOL!!! the yims = winner!

anyhow, there are still some stuff i want to get done before i really start hibernating (getting ready for baby James at home) but i'm not sure if i should.. or if i should even risk it. i want to go to woodbury, and also stop by babys r us to do some last minute baby shopping... but my mom thinks i should just stay the f home. :(

we'll see!

anyways please keep us in your prayers! James is due anyday now, and we're hoping that everything will go smoothly!

12 days..

i have 12 days til my due date, and everyone is so anxious! my family wants him to come out next week! haha.. hopefully God will answer our prayers. if not.. oh well! speaking of God, he really works in mysterious ways! really puts me in check... he's so generous and kind.

well... 12 days.... we will be patiently waiting for his arrival. :)

at 36 weeks!

december is FINALLY here!!!! and..!
my body is not cooperating with me! :( back aches, stomach aches, having to run to the bathroom.. (tmi) not being able to sleep at night, tossing and turning!! very frustrating. BUT!!! the thought of seeing my babyboy soon.. it's alll worth it 8) will i be thinking this optimistically during labor too? hopefully! of course.. i will take my frustration out on somebody *coughhubby* but i just can't wait!!!!!

braxton hicks?

omgoodness... i've been so thankful for having a smooth pregnancy.. until YESTERDAY!! i've been having some back aches. at first i was confused since i've never had them, and on top of that my stomach started to tighten up. since it is my first pregnancy, i was kinda freaking out thinking to myself.. "can i be in labor?" but i did some research and they said that i will KNOW if i am or not. lol~~ but how do you really know????

anyways, since i'm still pregnant, i guess it was just one of those.. braxton hicks contractions? i think they were similar to what labor will be like but of course.. being in labor will be 100x worse.. or so they say.

wah.

so this "braxon hicks" thing has been on and off since and right now my back is hurting. :( i guess my body is getting prepared for James!! and i can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!

november 24, 2011- happy thanksgiving!
