MNF

when i first started dating my husband, it was clear to me that he was one of them "sports dude".. he was especially passionate about football. he brought me to his draft that year and i had no idea what was going on and thought to myself, "damn.. why are people so serious about this shit?" that was the year i was introduced to football and thought it was pretty entertaining.. the following year i joined the league and was runner up to my husband due to the ridiculous trades i made. but even though i had a team to manage i was still pretty clueless about the game.. i guess it was more of like a learning process.

this year, the second year in the league.. i've been watching more football and it's been growing on me. i've learned more about the players, and about the game and now i understand why people are so passionate about this sport. so today, my husband and i were watching the usual monday night football (i placed a bet on the packers winning) and while we were watching, we were arguing about something to a point where i didn't want to talk to him. but that silent treatment ended at the end of the 4th quarter.. right when it hit the 0:00 mark. why? because... the ball... was fucking..... intercepted.... (please excuse my french) but these substitute refs decided to call it a *drum roll* TOUCHDOWN. the funny thing here is: that they reviewed the play, and still decided that it was a TD. see.. millions of people all over the nation were watching this game, and we see what the refs are watching.. and everyone thought that it was a TD.. i mean. clearly, it was. soo........ does that mean all of america... are blind? i'm confused.

the referee on the right is gonna get shitted on for the rest of his life.. sorry to say...

i understand that some people might not come to an agreement. but this is different. you can't take this situation so lightly. these substitute "refs" have been making really bad calls lately but this is the final straw. it's affecting the die hard fans, the viewers, the spirit.. the WHOLE ENTIRE GAME, and EVERYTHING that has to do with it. how can the players have the patience for this? and don't they understand that this goes on the record?? ONE game can change EVERYTHING, and the sad part about it is that... it wasn't any of players fault. you NFL fuckers want to save that much money?? well guess what!! you're about to lose more because people are gonna stop watching football if it's a joke! seriously i don't think i've ever been this mad over a game!.. okay maybe besides the pacquiao fight (btw he def. got robbed too).

i was telling my husband that if i was the seahawks coach and i saw the replay, i would've fessed up and told them that we lost. why? because as a coach that's the right thing to do. i don't want no FAKE pity win. that win is a fake win. if you want to be a winner you should win with dignity and not feel guilty about winning.

on the OTHER note, i give all my respect to the packers coach because that man is the most classiest person on this planet right now. for him to hold his tongue, and tell the reporters that he doesn't want to talk about it and want to avoid drama, KUDOS for you mr. mccarthy. as for football, i'm done watching this pathetic game until the refs come back.
