the truth behind post pregnancy

Soooooooooo......... I thought breastfeeding was supposed to make you lose weight.  NOPE.. I think I'm actually eating more now than before when I was preggers.  At least back then it went to the baby but now it's going ALL TO MY THIGHS, ARM AND STOMACH!!!!!!!!!  And with two kids what time do you have?  NONE.  With all my free time I sneak in a nap or two so who has time to exercise?  Not MEEEEEEEE!

I recently took pictures for Lena's baptism and I literally looked like a whale.  LOL... okay maybe not really LOL but yeah LOL as in LOL FML.  Ugh.  I think with James it took me about 2 years to shed everything off... I'm hoping this time around it will get better... the chocolate bar I just ate won't probably be helpful but MANNNNNNNNN losing weight is hard especially when you are hungry all the time.

I keep telling myself "okay starting this Monday I'm going to work out" but it's really easier said than done.  Maybe I can figure something out and start working out from home but I really need to get back in shape.

So to sum up this post:
1. BFing helps you lose weight in the beginning.. but you will gain most of it back.
2. There is not enough time when you are a SAHM.
3. Losing weight is hard.
